Thank you from our Habitat Family

Today we blessed the homes of all of the Habitat for Humanity familes.  Terrie Mamac received the keys to her new home, and she and the kids will be able to move in soon.  The house is lovely, and the kids rooms are freshly painted and awaiting furniture.  I can't wait to see how this team of Rotarians steps up to that challenge

Tom Whittemore, chair of the Blitz Build, told me at the blessing today how much he enjoyed working with the Rotarians.  He was impressed with the spirit of Rotary in all of the Rotarians who were there.  This is a proud moment for Rotary, Habitat for Humanity, the families and the whole Kona Community.

Terrie wanted us to know just how much it means to her.
